MeadowLark Massage is inspired by and geared toward those living and playing in the Taos area. We are hard working outdoor foragers and adventurers who demand a lot of our bodies and minds. My focus is on maintenance, injury prevention and recovery. I work with those in recovery from surgeries and orthopedic injuries as well as those in Oncology treatment and survivorship. Massage is a therapeutic aid for our body's natural healing process. I facilitate in this healing process. I use Zents Spa Grade Organic Small Batch Botanical Oils and Antara CBD, a high-quality line based in Boulder, Colorado. I choose this product line not only because they are created to nourish our skin in this high desert alpine environment but also because they are commitment to quality, clean ingredients and sustainability. These exceptional products harness the power of natural botanicals through organically sourced ingredients-from hand-harvested shea butter and organic aloe to organic lotus and delicate flower essences grown on an organic farm. I am an outdoor enthusiast who advocates for public lands and civic duty. I enjoy hiking with my dogs, gathering with loved ones, exploring new ecosystems and cultures, and playing in the garden. I believe the mind, body, soul connection needs to be nourished and balanced. My goal is to achieve that balance personally and professionally.
I am a graduate of HealthWorks Institute Massage Therapy Program in Bozeman, MT. I have continued my education by gaining a Certificate of Completion in Oncology Massage and a Certificate in Orthopedic Assessment. I have added Reflexology and Cupping to my practice. I am a member of ABMP, Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. I was part of the Cancer Survivorship Program with St. John's Hospital in Jackson Wyoming. Currently I am a provider for Taos Cancer Society. I have spent the past several years working with our Veteran Community. Massage and the practice of it has been one of my greatest achievements.
